As we wrap up the season and embark on our summertime activities, the MHDL Executive thanks all of you for a wonderful season and wish you all the best during the break…

We hope to see you all back next season and as always, stay tuned for more information pertaining to next season.  That said, here are a few key dates you will want to be aware of:

21 August: League registration handed in & General Membership Meeting (venue to be confirmed, but tentatively scheduled for the Legion)

4 Sep: Captain’s packages handed (Schooners Pub from 7 – 8 pm)

11 Sep: 2012-13 Season commences.

Talking to some folks it has come to my attention that some tournament/ event posters are sometimes challenging to find and somewhat scattered. As such, I have changed the way they are posted on the website. Effective immediately, to view all tournament/ event posters, please click on the “POSTERS“ label under categories (to the Left side of the web page). They will no longer be posted anywhere else on the website, which will hopefully address any confusion or concerns with locating them.

Also, this is where you will want to check for ANY changes to the shoots.

Captain’s Cabin pub is hosting a food jitney every Tuesday night starting April 24th. 

$10/player, drawn doubles, with ladies drawn first then men.  No call-ins allowed first 20 paid players only.

6:30pm registration, 7:15pm cut-off, 7:30pm start.

No matches start after 10:30pm, tournament director’s decision is final.

How to fill out a scoresheet

THIS IS FOR ALL CAPTAIN’S AND ALL PLAYERS WHO ARE FILLING OUT SCORESHEETS.  DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU ARE FILLING OUT THE SCORESHEET CORRECTLY.

I have attached a quick guide as to how to complete a scoresheet accurately.  I have had a large number of incorrect scoresheets submitted and over 5 requests to change high scores and high outs, and that’s only considering the first 3 weeks of play.  So PLEASE review the instruction sheet, print one off and put it in your binder.  At the end of the day the responsibility of the scoresheet is the captain or co-captain signing the bottom.
